yo! buahahhah i scared u? no. =( why not. siao.. kk today after trg went to turf city.. went with....christine yihui and... erm what's her name? that burger gal.. oh yea.. jen. muahahhahhh.. then we were...... no. lemme talk abt trg 1st!!!! k. our trg was like.. 400m 300m 200m.. 3 mins break in between.. kinda like speed workout.. no tiring arh.. i've not finished yet k. 3 sets of what i said. siao right.. but we finished it.. w good timings somemore =) tats what mr ng said.. haha.. hmm.. k that's all for trg =) then e 4 of us went to turf city as i said.. hmm.. walked e route again. man we shouldnt have walked it. it made me realised how loooonnnggg the route is k. =think positive-ly= but the good thing abt that route is.... damn. there's nth good abt that route.. ahhaha.. anyway me and christine and jen and yihui [MGXies!!!!!!] thought of strategies[whateva the spelling] to go faster and suan pple when we run.. muahahhaha.. i'll be on e headline news!!! haha.. when we pass that 'river' part.. my part comes and i muz scream fish!!!!!!! then chris will chiong all the way. why? ask me lah!!!
