oh my oh my oh myyyyyyyyyyyyy. it's been such a long time!! hello :) welcome back darling! so what am raving about you might ask!? well trg workout tdy was '8 *500m , and do 2 more 500m if you feel comfortable after. you shld feel v comfortable .' well after being under him for 1 1/2 yrs, i still didnt get that. haha i thought i REALLY had a choice of whether to do that last 2 500m or not. audrey got it. but anyhows, i had a really heavy lunch (i was like super kiasu zzz) and didnt feel exactly v excited to do a good trg. but to cut e story short, i did
10*500m in e end! i'm so happy. i'm really happy. i'm really really happy.

really grateful too. esp to my trg partner tdy, audrey :) thanks for pushing me tdy. and to nicole! who like did e last 500m interval set with me even though she ran 16 *120m before that. actually when i was running e last 500m behind her (she was too fast for me =X) i was thinking to myself; maybe she misses long intervals so she readily offered to run with me.whoa look at her fly man. hahaha ;D whoa she really pushed me ...good encourager.thank God for her :) and to coach for being .really so encouraging, patient, and supportive of me. i'm so super elephant grateful.

oh and thanks melvin too for collating the photos for rjx season 07. so prettiful :) this team is really cute. my sisters bro and i were laughing at them photos while looking through. like the super gay poses of weiwen s. and audrey's maggi mee hair . and the super serious 'my team so totally didnt get 2nd for team overall' faces of the guys'. hahahaha btw, rj guys got 2nd. girls 4th. no matter, all glory to God.

anyway, i just ended my 1 week of prayer and fasting! :) well, i wasn't very disciplined as usual but i guess it'll take practise. and e last day's reading material was really good. i felt it speak to me a lot. so i thought i'd post it up for y'all to see. here goes .;,,

GLOBAL PERSECUTION
CHrist said such a life (life of persecution, opposition, difficulties etc you get what they mean) is to be expected if we desire to follow Him and we can take joy in Him even in the face of such hardship. But in the meantime, let us hold each other and Christians all over the world in prayer as we forge ahead with determination and God's strength. We cn onlybe humbled during such situations at what Christ Himself endured at the Cross, that we may be called His children.

i was thinking that you know what i'm going through now, what emotional burden i'm feeling now (and i dont even know the cause of it) is so rubbish. here i am wallowing in self distress when my siblings all over e world are facing persecutions etc. what right do i have to do that?! and from the 6th day of fast here's another extract:
