hey crossies, i think this really speaks to us. esp when we're say running in the middle of macritchie and u think you're gonna die..God is always there for us! when we're running up the slope or making a U turn at the turf route, God is there! God will always give us the strength to carry on.

remembered teo talking abt what God said in the bible. A man cannot have two masters. If not, he'll love one and hate the other. i think it really spoke to me a lot..like A LOT. ok to put it simply, GB and X (*crosses fingers* dont kill me) shld i quit gb. it's on a trg day man. and from what i heard from chris, there're gonna be lotsa work to do.
