fifty four more days
how are u guys looking at it?

on a personal note, what on earth was wrong with u people today?! i mean, yea 1)mr ng isn't here..2)rachael and jen have some (stupid) enriching geography thing to go to and 3)we were given such a CHAO SUPER EASY workout.

1) it's quite normal for a student to be quite happy over a coach's absence. but our coach is sick..eh hello, SICK ok. and we only have less than 1 1/2 more mths to IT? we shld be praying for him that he'll have a speedy recovery, get back to his feet and train us
2) it's perfectly normal and great to have that opportunity to further your knowledge in geog =) [though u guys looked so reluctant to go..or rather to leave us]
3)ARRGHH!!!! it's not even running??! it's...jogging?! like u know, jog.. taking your time to place one foot in front of another. that's it! today's trg does not even require all your muscles in your body to ache. and..(sorry to say this)u guys wanted to WALK?! personally, i'm so amazed that you guys are so laidback. like, "oh *flutter hands around* it's just nationals. we're pro runners. we'll get top positions. we're pro. God is gonna give us the strength so we dont need to train so hard. what can possibly happen?" ok i exaggerated.blame it on my imagination. yea God will help us..but we shld do our part too. if not everybody will just be excelling in life. but seriously, i thought today's workout wld be twice as long or smth. n u guys even whined about wanting to walk e workout. i'm appalled by your words. you guys are super confident i must say. i should learn from u guys to be so cool and collected about brain wrecking stuff like nationals.

anyway thanks for the memorable training today :)

on the contrary, i think the sec1s are quite nice XD after the run, they all were standing in one straight semi circle row facing the, ahem, seniors while we were silently stretching. i found that so...adorable. innocence of just graduated primary sch kids. oh and before i forget, it's a different story when they open their mouths.

i think the sec1s and sec2s are worlds apart. training with the two different grps in one day seemed like two completely different trgs. one was soo quiet, and when talking, talks about 'intellectual stuff' while the other one crazy la. run so fast..i thought u guys wanted to WALK? your actions and words were as different as the north and south pole.

training in the rain had nvr been so much fun too! hahahaha..it was my first slack training in the rain and i looove the feeling such time a perspire+rainwater drips down my chin. it seemed that each drop represented how much effort i was putting in trg just to break the perspire off the surface of my skin.

quiet, conservative people think a lot more than loud people. their thoughts are more vivid and their thinking is really complex. i'm gonna shut my mouth more. wait. i'll TRY.

so...53 more days to nationals. i sincerely hope u guys will *switch modes* and focus more in training ya? 53 more days of -myliferevolvesaroundXCOUNTRYandxcountryandXcountryalone- okokok? nobody likes to take part in a competition they're not prepared or in top form for. so buck up and trust in the Lord! (i didnt believe mr ng one bit when he said we're progressing on well. i feel that we're kinda more relaxed than last yr and...i dont feel as..ah push away negative thoughts!!)

i'm not sad over my lousy rubbish marks. i know the Lord has a plan for me. for you and for everyone. lowest in her class? so what. God still loves me! xP

You are the way, the truth and the light
We live by FAITH and not by sight for you
We're living ALL for you

let's go mg
